Startup Interview with Gaming Entrepreneurs Chris Mut and Roman Jacob, Founder of Nerditech

Q: Can you tell about your background?

Chris Mut: I am a fascinating gamer and a fan of the gaming world ever since I was a kid. I was my first computer, a 286 pc and my first gaming console, an Atari 2600, when I was only 12 years old I was separated i I wanted to understand how they worked and I could rebuild and upgrade them myself.

Q: How did the concept of Nerditech come together?

Chris Mut: Nerditech was founded in the 21st and started as a small project in my garage. At that time, my friend Roman and I was constantly tinking with our gaming set up with the goal of creating the final gaming room. Our view was to improve the feeling of gaming by enhancing the feeling of immersion and improved comfort.

Q: What are the main products and features of the organization?

Chris Mut: One of our main projects was to make gaming peripherals more comfortable while sitting in a couch or bed, which leads to the first version of the couchmaster.

Roman: Thanks to its argonomic design and wide layout, we love the couchmaster for feeling immersed. We are always working to develop gaming experiences and with every new manifestation our emotions are increasing.

Q: Have you recently faced a challenge in the industry? If that is the case, how did you overcome them?

Chris Mut: There have been many challenges since the establishment of the correct name, including the establishment of Naraditech. However, since we define ourselves as computer-intellectuals, those who like technology, Nerditch finally feels meaningful.

Another major challenge was to meet our CTO, the high quality determined by Roman, especially when we decided to expand on high-end keyboards. Q: How did the products of Nerditech developed over time?

Roman Zakob: The couchmaster started as a common wooden board with two cushions and was then converted into a high -tech desk with ports and energy for various devices including keyboards, headsets, gaming pads, tablets and phones. Q: What were the most notable milestones of the organization?

Chris Mut: Of course, the first one was to establish a couchmaster family with all his siblings, laptop user, gaming pad user and keyboard-and-mouse enthusiasts. After many years of waiting, our own patent was to secure Nerdite another major milestone for all of us. And when we were finally able to extend the use of gamers and computers around the world, we felt a huge feeling of success. Today, we can proudly say that we provide the whole world with our solutions; From the United States to the rest of the world.

Q: Can you share the success story of a particular customer?

Chris Mut: One of the most moving customer experience was at the trade fair where we were presenting our first couchmaster product.

At one point of the day, a friendly gamer came to our stand in his wheelchair and told us with tears in our eyes, how happy he was finally made a product that would release him from his painful desk. I felt extremely excited on this personal account and burst into tears of joy. Everyone around us started to clap. It was really a special moment, where I realized how much this product could help our customers.

Q: What does the products of Nerditech distinguish from the competition?

Roman Zakob: Our emotions in gaming allows us to develop products that use ourselves. This is the result of customized users for gamers like us and our customers notice the difference immediately. We have also created our goals to maintain direct contact with fans and over the years we have applied many of their ideas and reactions to our design. Customer closeness was always very important to us.

Q: What are some of the largest goals in Narditech?

Chris Mut: Our goal is to be a trusted and favorite brand that supports gamers and home office users with better comfort and usability around the world. We would like to be able to provide a full range of peripheral devices and ergonic solutions that help people to maintain good posture and feel comfortable while gaming or working on a computer or console.
