On Friday, professional football Hall John Elway will avoid the charges of the death of his agent, Jeff Spirbe, who died in April of injuries to a golf car accident.
River County, California, Sherif Chad Bianco 9News said In Denver that the deadly golf vehicle was destroyed, there was no more than a “tragic accident” and that the investigation of death was completed.

Sperbeck, 62, died at a golf course in California when he fell from the golf cart that Elway was driving. The office of the River County investigator spent that his death was accidental due to the sharp shock of the head.

Upon the death of Spearbick, Ilway issued a statement.
“I have been completely destroyed and saddened by my close friend, work partner and agent Jeff Spirbe,” Elway said in an ESPN. “There are no words to express the deep sadness that I feel with the sudden loss of a person who meant a lot for me.
“My heart and deepest sympathy for the wife of Jeff, Korean; his children Carly Wissam and Jackson; and everyone who knows and loves him. Jeff will miss the loyalty, wisdom, friendship and love that he brought to my life and the life of many others.”
