President Sanderdald Trump’s Trade Cadeson Greer said Sunday that the United States “hit” a deal with Chinese negotiators during the Geneva, Switzerland this weekend.
“The United States has a massive trade deficit of 1.2 trillion, so the president declared a national emergency,” Greer said.
