KansSpelautoriteit warns the operators after the players are unable to withdraw money

KansSpelautoriteit (KSA), the Dutch gambling organizer, issued warnings to Zebet and Star Casino to impose the requirements of betting on players ’deposits.

This practice is only permitted with reward offers under specific circumstances as defined by KSA.

In its statementThe Netherlands Authority emphasized that service providers must address withdrawals as soon as possible: “If the player requests this, the player’s balance must be returned immediately by the provider. The provider may not impose structural conditions that prevent immediate payments.

The warning came from the betting platforms after a player complained about his inability to withdraw the money deposited from Zebet, but in response, the problem operator attributed to a technical error.

Oil explained that the players who contacted customer service received the recovered amounts without any bets, and in this matter that was marked, oil corrected it on the same day, with KSA that the warning was sufficient.

Warning from the prohibited tennis markets

The Kanspelautoriteit probe also revealed contradictory conditions in the conditions of Casino Star regarding the rules of betting and cash wandering.

After the discussions, Star Casino confirmed that it has been dealing with batches without delay and since then it has reviewed its conditions.

Standard expectations and other rules for all service providers were informed in March 2024.
