In a detailed connection on Elon Musk X Social media platform, Noboa explained that multiple issues will be addressed in the “Consulta Popular Popular” referendum (popular consultation).

“Today we take a new step: a popular consultation asks people about issues that were for years of popular importance and in the urgent need for change,” he said.

The question of gambling may legalize any form of gambling for the first time in 14 years.
