
The US Postal Service (USPS) says that it stopped accepting plots from the mainland China and Hong Kong until further notice.
Suspension will not affect letters, according to Statement on the company’s website.
USPS did not offer a reason for the decision, but comes after US President Donald Trump sent an additional 10% tariffs on all goods imported to the US from China.
The Trump Executive Order also eliminated the exemption that enabled goods worth $ 800 (£ 641) or less to enter the US without paying customs or certain taxes.
