This latest arrest comes on the fifth other arrests of international students at U.S. universities.

Mahmoud Khalil, a graduate student at the Colombian University, who led Student Protests in the New York School last spring, arrested Federal Immigration Agents earlier this month and was told that his student visa was revoked.

Khalil, the legal permanent inhabitant of the United States is charged with supporting Hamas, a certain terrorist organization. He rejected his lawyer, saying that there was no evidence Khalil provided any support to the terrorist organization.

Khalil is held in Federal custody in Louisiani, after the American district Jesse M. Furman, cannot be deported “to the Court’s jurisdiction” because the agreement is reserved to the arrest and planned deportation.
