A British court sentenced two men, Raymond Bidi and Patrick Mavanga, to 12 years in prison for defrauding more than two million dollars. The authorities are trying to recover money at at least 65 victims.

FCA (Financial Conduct), a major British financial organizer, sued this issue. Last month, the conclusion of a long series of various fraud, some of which indicate the crimes of nearly a decade.

FCA punishes encryption fraud

Crypto Crime is currently at the level of the epidemic, but not everything in news today is related to a modern accident. According to the FCA press ReleaseCrypto Bedi and MAVANGA frauds were performed between February 2017 and June 2019.

FCA, a major British financial organizer, imposes particularly harsh penalties on wrong encoding ads. This helps to clarify the reason for his trial.

At first glance, it seems somewhat strange that the judgment’s process took a long time. However, FCA was a recent series of solving the suspended encryption fraud, some dating back to 2016.

Last month, the Authority concluded issues against 11 other models. Many prosecutors have also entered the calls of comet.

Both men admitted guilt in fraud in 2023, but Mavanga was convicted of an additional crime the following year. Specifically, he deleted phone call recordings with Bedi, which is supposed to discuss encryption fraud.

For this, he received an additional year and two months for his punishment, a total of six years and six months.

It is not clear whether FCA has continuous coding fraud cases. FCA is still looking for these encrypted fraud victims, pledges that “there is a cost of committing a crime, and we will seek to pay (Bedi and Mavanga).”

The Authority is recently trying to lead reforms on the encryption policy, but its record of excessive persecution still negatively affects its reputation in this industry. If there is nothing else, it is still committed to preventing fraud and punishing criminals.
