Munich – German who cared about palliative patients is facing charges after the allegedly killing more than a dozen people who use the sister service, then noticed some of their homes to conceal the crime, prosecutors said.
The doctor, which was not appointed due to German privacy laws, was arrested in August to the order “repeatedly changed”, because the investigation continued, the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office said.
There were four known cases that mentioned the authorities from the moment of arrest last year. On Wednesday, the Office announced that he filed 15 points of murder with a malice against 40-year-olds.
“In order to commit crimes, it is alleged that he gave an anesthetical inductor, and then the muscle relaxes with his patients without medical label and without their knowledge and agreement,” said the Prosecution.
Death occurred within minutes, prosecutors said, because the muscular relaxant paralyzed the respiratory muscle and caused respiratory arrest.
All patients, ranging from 25 to 94, used the sister service that the doctor worked and died between 2021. and 20. September.

Berlin police and prosecutors examined 395 cases, and suspicion was “confirmed” in at least 95 cases. The prosecution said that 75 more investigations still last.
At least 12 bodies were exhumed in relation to the presidency, and five of these cases were involved in the indictment, prosecutors said.
The doctor did not give a statement in case, and his lawyer was not identified.
Due to the seriousness of the allegations, the prosecutors said that in his case they did not seek not only condemnation, but also a “lifelong professional ban and subsequently preventive custody”.
German nurse, Niels Hoegel, was sentenced to life in prison in 2019. years for killing 85 patients. In one of his first trials, Hoegel said he deliberately put his patients in the heart’s arrest because he liked a sense of revival.
