Von Dadelsen, as part of the announcement of the charges, said that CPS “had authorized eleven people to seven crimes related to bribery, conspiracy of fraud, fraudulent trade, fraud from public revenues, evading income tax, and acting as a manager of a non -charger company and deviating from the judicial path.”

How do CPS make issuance fees and fees?
CPS is based on its fees on the information collected by HMRC, which is equivalent to the IRS (IRS) service in the United States. This financial deployment of the criminal case is not similar, but rather the information that can be used to prove the existence of a case in the court’s procedures.
Officially, CPS stipulates their evaluation and charges that are presented to “discovery or implicitly, that is, guilt or criminal behavior. It is not a discovery of the truth, which can only be conducted by a court, but rather an evaluation of what may be proven to the court, according to the law of the prosecutors.”
