Memphis, Tenn. – Tennessee Gynecologist was arrested on Friday and accused of performing unnecessary procedures on patients with re-used medical devices held under unsanitary conditions.
Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, 44, charged with collecting four to travel to interstate to deal with illegal sexual activity, adultery medical devices, medical devices and health care, US lawyer in Memphis.
Judicial records did not show if Kumar has a lawyer to represent him the charges or speaks in his name. There was no immediate response to the phone message left with his office.
Cumar medical practice is located in Memphis. Since September 2019. By 2024., Kumar states that they will be sexually abused by women running unnecessary medical procedures with devices that are kept under non-competent conditions and are used on patients when they are needed to be thrown or properly reproduced.
Kumar did not tell patients to use devices again, prosecutors said, and also collected Medicare and Medicaid as if the proceedings were needed and used a new or properly reproduced device every time.
The U.S. Lawyer’s procedure Foundren said the Kumar was a consistently paid provider in Tennessee for Medicare and Medicaid for hysteroscopic biopsies, which allow doctors to look into the uterus.
The federal authorities said they could be more patients who were affected by the alleged acts of the Kumar.
“The allegations indicate that Kumar acted as a predator in Bijelo coat and used the cover with the leading of medical examinations to exhibit their patients at risk and enriched in the statement.
