The head of the US Securities and Stock Exchange Committee (SEC) Paul Atkins said that the agency is “mobilizing” to make the United States a global center for digital assets, the Federal Organizer told Fox News Maria Bartopiromo in an interview on August 15.

Paul Atkins says:

During his appearance on the media on Friday, Atkins doubled his commitment to following up the plan of US President Donald Trump to make the United States from the Center for Digital Assets worldwide.

“Two weeks ago, the administration issued a report on the president’s working group on digital assets in the United States and there are clear trends from the Supreme Education Council … for us to move forward and make what the President announced as America to make America the capital of encryption in the world.”

He added: “We are tired in SEC all the different departments and offices to focus on making this advertisement true.”

SEC turns away from the organization’s approach to implementation

Antecins interviews come a few days after his dedication to converting the Supreme Education Council away from its previous approach to implementation in the Blockchain sector.

In the August 11 publication, the agency SEC Hester Peerce praised its case against Crypto Platform Ripple.

“The welcoming development for many reasons, including the minds that they are now occupying by litigation can now focus on creating a clear regulatory framework for encryption,” Pierce Books.

“Commissioner Peres is right. With this chapter closing, we now have an opportunity to turn our energy from the court hall to the policy formulation table,” said Atkins. “Our focus on building a clear organizational framework must enhance innovation while protecting investors.”

In short, the Atkins message is clear: SEC transforms the gears from fighting Crypto in courtrooms to formulating the rules that can enhance America’s place as the world of digital assets in the world.
