Established in 2021 and now live live across Scotland, England and Wales, Nuri is the founder Steven Clark. Starting from fighting to nurseries, the lack of information online, the cancellation and the huge wait list, Clark says that finding a place for his newborn daughter was much harder than he could imagine.
Nuri allows parents to filter nurseries by postcode, choosing the child’s preferred date and age and includes virtual nursery tours, room capacity, expense calculator, search filtering and a parent’s consultation center.
The consulting center answers the general question when the parents face the nurseries. How to apply for government funds, in various nurseries, what to look for while searching for nursery, how much they cost and how to navigate long waitlists.

Nuri conducted a parent survey across the UK, which revealed that more than 795% of parents were placed on the waiting list for the nursery place, where more than 5% of the waiting list was long within 9-12 months. More than 5% of the mention that they had a weak search and enrollment experience before the nurseries protection, referred to as the main contributor to transparency and digitalization.
