Tianjin, China – Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday urged members of the Shanghai Organization to cooperate to enhance artificial smart cooperation, with the rejection of what he called the “Cold War mentality”.

Xi is expected to meet with Putin this week, as the Russian leader in China is scheduled to remain in a military parade in Beijing to celebrate 80 years since the end of World War II.

SCO leaders signed the “Tianjin Declaration” and agreed to a development plan for the organization during the next decade until 2035, according to the Chinese government media. The details of the text were not immediately available, although the report said that members adopted 24 documents on enhancing cooperation on security, economics and “humanity”.

China will also create cooperation platforms for new energy, green industry and digital economy, as well as technological innovation centers, higher education and vocational education.
