The pioneering Russian policy maker says that the authorities must be granted the authority to seize mineral currencies from illegal or semi -legal miners.
The Russian news port managed by the state Tas She stated that the comments came from Yevgeny Masharov, a member of the General Chamber of the Russian Federation for the General examination of laws and other regulatory acts.
The Chamber is the Policy Forming Commission, the government and the legislators advise on legislative proposals.
Illegal miners can lose their coins with new proposals

Illegal mining
In recent weeks, the Ministry of Energy, federal law enforcement services, and law enforcement agencies have informed that many companies are still illegally re -encryption.
Mashrouf claimed that many of the concerned miners are very organized, although many of them are not officially registered as Russian companies.
Under the current laws, Russian courts only have the authority of illegal miners if they stole electricity from networks or illegal benefit of supported energy.
