Quebec Liberals have chosen Pablo Rodriguez to take the party to the provincial election in October 2026.
Federal cabinet minister has won the party leadership competition today in two rounds of voting, Charles Milliard, head of the Federation of Chambers of Quebec, with more than 52% of the vote.

Three other candidates with the above work – Karl Blackburn, Marc Bélanger and Mario Roy – were removed after the first round.
Rodriguez told the faithful party in the provincial capital that the leadership is associated as Liberal in Convention and time to write a new chapter of the party.
Rodriguez, no seat in the National Assembly will have to rebuild the party in the coming months if you have the opportunity to complete the government.
Liberals have been poorly elected by the francophones voters outside Montreal.
