At least one person was killed in an explosion on Saturday morning near the fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California, authorities said.
The law enforcement officer told the news of the CBS that together with one killed person, at least five people were injured.
Palm Springs City officials told In the Facebook that the explosion occurred immediately 11 hours local time on the northern Indian canyon, near Eastern Tachevah drive, stretching that has several health facilities.

In a statementPalm Springs Officer Police Chief Andy Mills revealed that one person was killed in the vehicle explosion to “seem to be the intentional act of violence.” The victim has not yet been identified, Mills said.
Mills said that the explosion field extended several blocks and severely damaged some nearby buildings. Police chief added that the explosion was created in 1199 N. Indian Canyon Dr., address listed for the local clinic for IVF, American reproductive centers.
On his Facebook page, American reproductive centers wrote that “the vehicle exploded in the parking lot near our building.”
The clinic said several people were injured in the explosion, but officials did not confirm that. It was added that employees of the Clinic were injured in the explosion.
“Our laboratory – including all eggs, embryos and reproductive materials – remains completely safe and undamaged,” the clinic wrote.
In separate e-mail messages sent to CBS, FBI and Alcohol Bureau, tobacco, firearms and explosives have said to send agents to help investigate.
“The FBI reacts to our partners with investigators, bombing techniques and ERT,” the FBI spokesman said.

California Gov. Gavin Newtoom Office issued a statement Saying that he “met an explosion in a health facility in Palm Springs.”
