West Ham has signed El Hadji Malick Diouf from the Czech Championship in an agreement worth £ 19 million (21.9 million euros).
Diouf helped Slavia last season 22. Earn the household title, as Viktoria Plaz made 16 points, taking 90 points in 35 games.
