U.S. President Donald Trump held what he described as a “very good” phone call for a long hour with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenic.
Writing on his social media platform Truth Social, Trump said that the call is focused on the harmonization of Ukraine and Russia “in terms of their requirements and needs”, adding the truce on the road.
Both Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin said he would agree to stop attacks on energy infrastructure. However, both sides have since been accused of continuing the attack.
Trump is looking for a wider truce, but at the phone call on Tuesday, Putin refused a direct 30-day breakfire on the land, air and sea supported by the United States and Ukraine.
Meanwhile Kiev and Moscow performed the exchange of prisoners. Each side announced 175 floors.
Zelensky described the Swap as “one of the largest”, adding that Russia included an additional 22 “badly wounded” soldiers.
Trump said that he lasted for Wednesday, for about an hour.
“A great discussion was based on a call that was also aligned by Russia and Ukraine in terms of their demands and needs,” he wrote about the truth.
“We are very on the way,” he added.
The latest Secretary Marco Rubio issued a more detailed statement, saying that Trump agreed to the help of Ukraine source additional air systems, especially in Europe.
Technical teams would meet in Saudi Arabia in the coming days to discuss the expansion of the Premirje for the Black Sea, Rubio added, saying that they agreed to be the first step towards the complete end of the war.

“We agreed that Ukraine and the United States should continue working on achieving the real end to war and lasting peace,” he said.
Trump talked to Putin on Tuesday on Tuesday, in which the Russian leader agreed to stop attacks on energy infrastructure.
But he said that the full truce will only work if Ukraine, the Allies stopped giving military assistance – the situation in Ukraine European Allies have previously rejected.
