Journal Observer in New York City was arrested by ice agents outside the Immigration Court Donald Trump News star-news.press/wp

Brad Land, the official candidate and the municipality of Brad Lander, are backed by convincing American federal agents.
Its observer in New York City, Brad Lander, was arrested by federal agents in a migration court, as the administration of US President Donald Trump puts an approach to his confrontation with local officials about immigration raids.
Lander, a central candidate in the democratic elementary elections in the city, was accompanying the defendant outside the court on Tuesday as part of an attempt to monitor the hearings of immigration and promote legal services for migrants when he was arrested by the United States for Migration and Customs (ICE).
“While escorting one of the defendants from the Immigration Court in 26 Federal Plaza, Brad was taken by masked agents and their detention,” and he reads a post on the expense of social media in Lander who says he wrote his wife.
The arrest is the latest condition for the Trump administration that has taken a harsh position towards Democratic officials who criticize its aggressive approach to enforcing immigration. Federal immigration agencies in the immigration courts have risen in recent weeks, a practice that critics say immigrants are encouraging participation in the judicial system.
Democratic lawmakers expressed their anger last week when Senator Alex Padilla was assigned to California after they tried to boycott a press conference by the Minister of Internal Security Christie sleep amid protests against immigration raids in Los Angeles, during which Trump also threatened to arrest California Governor Gavin New Zoom.
Other candidates gathered from a mayor alongside Lander, where a member of the New York State Association, Zahran Mamdani, described the part of the ice direction “exhausting people throughout the country” and former state ruler Andrew Como describes him as “robbery” by the Trump administration.
In a video of Lander’s arrest, he seemed to be trying to take up arms with the defendant before the agents – some of them wearing face masks – separating my physical and maintenance of the financial observer. Lander can be heard over and over again a judicial order, which is required for migration arrests in some cases. The officer holds a paper saying it is a judicial matter, although he does not pass it.
After allocating a land, federal agents who tell the financial observer can be heard that he is “hindering” because he tells them that they “have no power to arrest American citizens.”
“They said,” you are hindering. “I got out of the road,” Lander’s wife, Mig Barnant, told a press conference after the accident.
“What I saw was shocking and unacceptable,” added Barnett, a lawyer. “What I saw today was not the rule of law.”
The US Department of Internal Security told CBS News that Lander was arrested “the assault on law enforcement and the disability of a federal officer” and accused him of undermining public safety “to obtain a viral moment.”
