That’s a tremendous video!
Most posters accuse the work crew, saying they do not have security protocols.
Important errors of this crew. The lane should block cones. The sign should be made. Saying sad, but the guilt was not a truck driver. However, it is quite a bad situation.

There should be traffic cones to unite the paths to the left.

All states … Basic extreme standards is a work area safety and boys are working on active pathways.

It seems that common sense would not be canceled that moving such traffic.
Comments say they are happy with the worker following at least security protocols in the boat wearing his harness.
Advise
That’s why you wear your harness and connect Lanyard to disappear, if you probably won’t be dead.

At least he had security harness to knock the sidewalk

If he had fallen into the concrete, he would probably die or stop him for the rest of his life.
We hope that the whole event will serve as a lesson to take appropriate measures in the future.
This will become internal video clip @Osha and crane security video for the next twenty years.
