The Trump administration has released a long -awaited encryption policy report, which focuses on the United States to create a comprehensive regulatory framework for the encryption industry. It is worth noting that the White House encryption report failed to mention anything about creating a strategic bitcoin reserve.

According to Bloomberg reportDonald Trump’s digital assets working group issued its report, urged the organizers to provide organizational clarity of encryption circulation and enhance easy adoption. The group noted that this will ensure that the United States is leading the encryption revolution and “consumed in the golden age for encryption.”

As Coingepe said earlier, the CRYPTO report at the White House was expected to be suggested to the establishment of Bitcoin strategic reserves, as Trump imposed on his executive order in January. However, the report did not mention anything about the reserve.

Instead, the report focused on the organizational side, which was also a field that Trump commissioned them to recommend policies. As part of the report, the Congress Working Group has urged to pass the clarity law to remove regulatory gaps related to overseeing CFTC assets for non -security encryption assets.

As Coingepe mentioned, Congress is already working on this, as the Senate Banking Committee recently issued a market structure bill. Meanwhile, the House of Representatives have already passed through the Classification Law and it is in the Senate Hall.
