Dodik Serious Serbian Commander is removed from the office Politics News star-news.press/wp

Dudik’s mandate as the Bosnian Serbian President was canceled due to the previous court of the Court of Appeal, which was sentenced to prison and prohibited from all political activities for a period of six years.

The Bosnian electoral authorities have stripped the Bosnian Serbian leader Milurad Dodik from his position as head of the Serbian entity in Bosnia, Repska.

The official step follows a former ruling in the Court of Appeal, which was sentenced to a year’s imprisonment and prohibited him from all political activities for a period of six years.

In February, the Sarajevo Court sentenced Dudik for its failure to comply with the provisions of the international envoy who supervises the 1995 Bosnian peace agreements, after the war there in the early 1990s.

The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) decided to implement the law that dances that the elected official is forced automatically to get out of his position if he is sentenced to more than six months in prison.

The committee’s decision against Milorad Dodik will become valid after the end of the appeal period. Arnotovich said the early elections of the President of the Serbian Republic of Serbian in Bosnia will be called in 90 days.

Dodic lawyers said they intend to transfer the case to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Surrender and surrender does not exist. Surrender is not an option,” Dodik wrote in a post on X, adding that he pledges to continue his duties as president.

The Bosnian government says: “The political motivation”

On Friday, the Court of Appeal in Bosnia and Herzegovina supported the court’s ruling in February, which was sentenced to Dodk to imprison and ban political activity. As a result, his mandate was canceled as the Bosnian Serbian President.

Dudik also rejected the court ruling after that, and added that he would continue to work as a Bosnian Serbian president as long as he obtained the support of the Bosnian Serbian parliament.

The Bosnian Serbian government said that it does not accept the court’s ruling because it is “unconstitutional and political motivation.”

Dodik received support from international allies, Serbian President Alexander and Hungarian Prime Minister VikTor Orban.

Meanwhile, the European Union said last week that “the rule is binding and must be respected.”

Bosnia is a candidate for the European Union membership-however, the separatist and Russian activities of Dodek have stopped moving towards it.

Dudik has repeatedly called for the Serbian entity to join Serbia, prompting the US administration to impose sanctions against it and its allies.

His separatist threats have disturbed the fears in Bosnia, especially among the Bosnians.

From 1992 to 1995, the war broke out when the Bosnian Serbs rebelled against independence from the former Yugoslavia and moved to the formation of a small country, with the aim of uniting it with Serbia. About 100,000 people were killed and millions were displaced.

The US-sponsored Dietton Conventions ended the war and established two regions in Bosnia, Wolblika SRPSKA and the Bosniak-Croat Union.

The areas are largely independent but have some joint institutions, including the army, the senior judiciary and the tax administration. Bosnia also has a rotating presidency of three members consisting of Bosnia, Bosnian Serbs and Bosnia.

Dudik has been repeatedly clashed with the Supreme International Envoy to the best of peace, Christian Schmidt, and declared illegal decisions in the Republic of SRPSKA.
