Hello, Brian Garner, a small town politician and a former city curator in the Union, Kentucky (20 minutes south of Cincinnati). I recently re-elected the election and win, but our elections would have had voting issues that led to a judge that would leave the results blank. As a result, our mayor named the last place and someone did not run. Now, I’m going back.
This situation is not about me, it is about election integrity and ensuring that the will of voters are friendly. Politically, I was a conservative republican for a lifetime and Trump voted in 2016. However, I left the Republican Party in 2017, I became independent and after 2024 elections, I officially registered as a Democrat. The journey through different political affiliations has given me a unique approach to the challenges of the system and two parties.
I have been active in my community for years, working as a city curator and the local government is transparent and responsible. Beyond politics, I am a husband, four fathers, an insurance agent and a proud North Kentuckian.
Ask me about local politicians, in my case or the drama of a small city government, I am glad to share my experience.
