Federal immigration agents accidentally arrested the American marshall in the federal building that serves as the location of Tucson’s immigration court, towards American Marshal officials

“Deputy American Marshal who suits the general description of the case (immigration and customs application) was briefly detained in the Federal Building in Tucson after entering the lobby of the building,” said the American services Marshal on Thursday.

“The official identity of the American Marshall quickly confirmed the second law enforcement officers and went out of the building without an incident.”

The incident allegedly took place in May, according to Arizona Daily Star.

Deputy American Marshalls play a key role in the federal judicial system, handling of responsibilities involving the insurance of the Federal Courts and the Protection of Judges, the Precision of Federal Court and the Federal Prisoners and Transport Federal Prisoners.

Immigration courts became the latest major between President Donald Trump Immigration and Human Rights Advocacy. Critics claim that executive surgery singled out immigrants, which are respected by the legal process by attending court hearings, making them affordable goals for icy agents under pressure to increase LED numbers.

The White House ordered the LED to reach quotas as many as 3,000 everyday arrests, collecting concerns among advocates that say that such goals encourage non-political practices and undermine the regulations of the law.
