Columbia Discipline Protest students as activists want to block school from sharing records star-news.press/wp

Columbia Mahmoud Khalil and Seven Current Students sued the school to block it from the production of disciplinary records in the Home Board as if school officials said they were involved in pro-Palestinian gatherings.
Khalil, green cardboard bracket and a Palestinian activist who played a major role in the Student War in Gaza, was arrested during the weekend and was held in the Detention Center that made him want him to deport him.
The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the South York district, claims that the request of the Committee on Records violates the first amendment and that the University in accordance with the Committee represents a contract violation.
Columbia officials declined to comment on a litigation.
Just as a submitted suit, the University announced “many years suspensions, temporary revocation and expulsion” for those who participated in the occupation of Hamilton Hall in the school city campus.
The university did not say how disciplined the student had.
Dozens of demonstrators calling for Khalil release were arrested on the SIT Trump Tower in New York.
Last week, Trump Administration announced that they would cancel almost $ 400 million in university grants “due to continuous inactivity in school in facing persistent harassment of Jewish students.”
Shortly afterwards, Columbia undertook to deal with Trump officials in the hope of returning lost federal funds.
“We review the announcement of federal agencies and promises to renew the Fedumb Federal Federation. We take the Legal obligations of Colombia and advocate for the fight against anti-Semitism and the well-being of our students,” the university spokesman said last week.

In search of Khalil deportation, the provision on the Immigration Law stated by the State Secretary to deport someone if a person “will have serious unfavorable foreign policy consequences for the United States.”
The Homeland Safety Department said Khalyl activities “harmonized” with Hamas, a certain terrorist organization. The Secretary of the White House for Karolina Leavt said he distributed “Pro-Hamas propaganda” in Columbia’s Campus.
Khalil lawyer, Samah Sisay, said the arrest violates his free realities of speech and that there was no evidence that provided support to the terrorist organization.
“There’s no reason to believe, and I don’t think anyone knows him to hang out differently or suggests that he will have any connection with any of those entities, but that’s not what he stands for,” she said.
Khalil, 30, is an Algerian citizen of the Palestinian origin, which is married to the American citizen and the law is a permanent resident of the United States.
His wife, who was pregnant for eight months, said in the statement this week that “Mahmoud pulled me out of me for no reason.”
