For more than 100 years, Mercedes -Benz was home to giant networks. The faces of their cars were wearing metal masks that allowed their engines to breathe generations before the sizes of the bribes decreased, as the air dynamics became the name of the game. Now, they come back.

Engineers spent years to provide a recent version of the company’s fragmented metal network. The result is a new appearance in the new era that combines minerals with a poetic structure, providing modernity related to heritage.

Its design tends to the Mercedes -Benz era. This version was common for buyers, which eventually led to the production of the company and sold about 350,000 cars between 1959 and 1971.

Each new network is created using a multi -stage process. In its base, the new network is several parts of polycarbonate acceptable to injections. Then the parts are subject to a multi -stage dipping process similar to how the chrome is applied.

The final appearance is dyed with a poetic structure with a smoked effect with 942 “points” in six sectors, supported by 140 LED. Unlike previous versions of the metal network worn by the old Mercedes -Benz models, this new network does not contain entrances in which air can flow. It is not necessary because the network will provide an electric car.

LEDS brought the network to electronic life with animation to welcome goodbye. In some markets, including the United States, the Mercedes -Benz logo will light up three points in the center of the network. During the animation in walking and wandering, the lighting pattern stabilizes in a fixed condition when the car is running.

Owners can choose that the network be able to light or not, but they cannot stop the network when you want if they choose one bright, and they cannot control any of the animation.

“The new network of our new network is not just a new front for GLC, but rather redefines the face of our brand. The network will first be seen on the new Mercedes-Benz GLC, when it appears for the first time on September 7 in IAA MOBILITY in Munich.
