Tartu Galtacch OMicro-tubular solid oxide fuel (MSFC) developed a dippetech startup for portable and off-grid energy solutions successfully shut down its Million 1 million pre-mart fund round.
The round was run by the 2C Venture, which is supported by DFCAP O, Bitsic and and Modulelezi and by Modilezeri.
The investment will accelerate the company’s mission to provide light -weight, chronic energy solutions for drones and IoT devices, reduce dependence on conventional batteries.

The company’s fuel cells are designed to significantly expand operational tolerance for drones and IoT devices, which are made as a game-manager for industries that depend on their chronic, carryable power sources.
Galtech already partnerships with drone makers, including Skycorp technologies, shows the real-world potential of the European pioneer of hydrogen-powered drones.

The dual-usage technique of Galttech position its fuel cells as a possible solution to both commercial and defense.
In 2021, the company became the first Estonian Startup to join the NATO Diana Accelerator program, which supported DIPTEC companies to contribute to national protection and defense. Further, Galtch has signed a cooperation agreement with the Estonian Defense Force to test the Ethanol-based fuel cells, further strengthen its technology’s strategic potential.
