Three people were killed and injured after an attack by Ukraine on a factory in the city of Isvsk – more than 1000 km (620 miles) of the border – the Russian authorities say.

“Vellameer Putin’s attack was the attack. The state of emergency was later announced in the area.

According to what was reported, the drones were targeted by the electromechanical Kopolic factory-a military factory that is said to be caused by rocket systems from a surface to aircraft and radar stations.

The factory is also a specialist in the production of Air Defense Systems, and drones have developed, according to the Ukrainian media.

Ukrainian official confirmed to BBC Ukraine that long -range drones managed by the security service in Ukraine (SBU) hit the Copol factory from a distance of about 1300 km (807 miles).

The source said in the comments reported by the Ukrainian media: “Every special operation reduces the enemy’s offensive capabilities, and the military production chains are disrupted and explained that even in depths behind Russia, there are no safe areas of military infrastructure.”

A video posted on social media and verified by the BBC showed an explosion on the surface of the building, followed by a large column of black smoke that rises above the factory type chimney.

Russia’s civil aviation organizer Rosvaatsa imposed restrictions on operations at Isvsk Airport, before lifting them a few hours later.

This is the second attack on Ukrainian drones on the Copol factory since November – although this strike has not led to any victims.

For its part, Moscow continues to carry out attacks in Ukraine. On the weekend, Russia launched a record 537 drone and missiles in different locations across the country, including Kiev and the West City City.

On Monday, Ukrainian President Folodimir Zelinski awarded the Ukraine Champion Award after his death to the F-16 pilot, First Lieutenant Maxim Ostliniko, who was killed while trying to repel the air attack.

In a separate development on Tuesday, President Putin and his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, held the first talks for their phone in more than two years.

A statement from his office said that Macron “confirmed France’s firm support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and regional integrity.”

The French statement said that the French leader also called for a ceasefire and negotiations between Ukraine and Russia “for a strong and permanent settlement of the conflict.”

Meanwhile, Bayan Karmlin said that Putin “stated that the Ukrainian conflict is a direct result of the policy of Western countries, which for many years has ignored the security interests of Russia.”

The Russian statement said that any peace settlement must be “comprehensive and long -term” and must eliminate “the radical causes of the Ukrainian crisis and are based on new regional facts.”

Putin launched a large -scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, and Moscow is currently controlling about 20 % of Ukrainian lands, including the southern Crimea Peninsula in 2014.

In the battlefield, while It seems that Russia’s progress in the Sumi region has stoppedIt appears that Moscow is targeting the eastern Dnipropters area. Unconfirmed reports in the Russian media have suggested controlling the Moscow forces on the first village in the region.

Two tourists have been held aimed at agreeing to a ceasefire between Kiev and Moscow at the request of Donald Trump since May, but they have failed to achieve tangible results.

Last week, Putin said Russia was ready to hold a new round of peace negotiations even though he said that Russian and Ukrainian peace proposals were “completely contradictory.”

On Monday, Zelinski again expressed doubts about Putin’s intentions. The Ukrainian leader said: “Putin has already stolen half a year of diplomacy … in addition to the entire period of this war,” said Ukrainian leader.

“Russia does not change its plans and is not looking for a way out of this war. On the contrary, it is preparing for new operations, including on the lands of European countries.”

The first US envoy of Ukraine and Russia Keith Keel chanted this on Monday, when X wrote that Russia cannot “continue the position of time while civilian goals in Ukraine explode.”

Moscow quickly pushed, saying it was not “interested in stopping anything” and thanked the United States for its support.
