Greek authorities have always denied receivables against them.

The Deputy Prosecutor of the Pyresian Naval Court found that 17 members of the Helnic Coast Guard should face criminal charges.

Among them is the captain of the shade, LS-920, accused of “causing shipwrecks”, leading to the death of “at least 82 people.”

This corresponds to the number of renovated bodies, although there are even 500 people in drowning, including women and children who were all under the deck.

We first met Syrian refugees, who called Ahmad and Musaab to protect their identity, a month after a disaster.

They said that each paid $ 4,500 (£ 3,480) for a place on board.

Ahmad’s younger brother was also on board and he didn’t survive.

Musaab described us at the time when he said – the Greek coast caused their ship to sink.

“They attached a rope on the left,” he said. “Everyone moved to the right side of our ship to be burdened. The Greek ship moved quickly by causing our boat to turn around.

Men claimed that once on the mainland, in the port of Kalamata, he informed that the coast survived “Shut up” when they started talking about how Greek authorities caused a catastrophe.

“When people answered saying the Greek coast was the cause, the examination officer requested an interpreter that the respondent says he stopped talking,” Ahmad said.

He said that officials were shouting, “You survived death. Stop talking about the incident Don’t ask more questions about it.”

Today, Ahmad – who now lives in Germany – he said he felt they saw the charges that were brought.

“I am very happy that they eventually consider responsible for everything they committed, but until I see them in prison nothing has been done yet,” he said.

“To be honest, the Greek legal system is very unreliable.”
