As part of this year EU-Startps SummitWe are eager to introduce a special category dedicated to display the most committed AI-centric startups in Europe. Stepup Startups are held on April 24th 16:30, this session will illuminate a spotlight to eight selected companies as they keep their innovations and business models to the top investors, corporations and fellow entrepreneurs.
These startups are supported by the EIC and work on the top of AI and deep technology, with complex challenges across sectors such as cleaning power, agriculture, climate elasticity, production, protection and money.
European Innovation Council (EIC) The European Commission’s disruptive European science is a major initiative to turn the groundbreaking into commercial proposals and accelerate the scale-up of “game-changing” innovation. It is a strong European ecosystem and the new European innovative agenda is a key building block, which meets the interval between research and development support, private investors and markets. Under the Horizon Europe Program, more than $ 10 billion budget (2021-2027), it wants to position Europe as a world leader in the current wave of deep technology.
Below we are introducing you to startups that will take on the summit to present their AI-driven solutions and ambitious growth plans:
3 b (Italy) – founded in 2016, division of 3b Xnatura ITEs develop advanced equipment for biodiversity and climate monitoring and protection using IoT sensors, satellite data and AI algorithms. Their platform supports companies, municipalities and reserves to combine with the rules of CSRD, ESRS E4, and GRI 101. The solution is particularly relevant because biodiversity reports become priority for consent and sustainable strategies. 3 BEUs aim to become infrastructure for environmental intelligence throughout Europe.
Cyfem (France) -Siphem-Vric is the first AI system that is able to detect fake products using nothing but a smartphone camera. Developed with the owned foundation models and large industrial datasets, it has achieved 99.71% accuracy against highly sophisticated fake products. Its technology has already been deployed on a scale with successful intervention in the pharma industry, where it has helped to detect anti -cancer drugs.
Elfenko (Estonia) – Efenco is a clintech company that revolutions the power skills in industrial management. With its patent Herk chip, Ephenko dramatically improves the use of fuel in energy-intensive processes such as producing steel, cement production and heating district. Ceramic-based technology reduces the cost of co-cuisine and fuel at least 18%, which provides a simple but powerful upgrade to industrial reactors and boilers. Supported by a decade of research and development, startup is now expanding its reaching to the industrial centers in Europe.
Flask (Netherlands) -Flask is developing a non-battery energy saving system, especially for offshore renewal. Their patent hydro-neumatic liquid piston system stores excess energy by compressing the air, creates a reliable solution to match the provision of unstable renewable energy with demand. The latest repeat, the open-gas cycle, efficiency and scales improve, which makes the flask a mandatory partner for offshore air projects. With recognition from international patents and DNV, the company is ready to re -shape offshore energy storage.
Braveness (Estonia) -Mifundo is enables seamless, inter -line access to Credit all over Europe. Its AI-powered platform combines credit bureau data from multiple countries and standardized, integrating it with open banking information and calculates a Unified EU-Qured credit score. The goal is to eliminate the refusal between consumer NDing and give citizens and traders a “portable” credit profile. Mifundo is already working with regulators and partners to become the original player in the future Pan-European Finance.
Light (Belgium) -Mitis is leading the next generation of energy converters which reduces greenhouse gas emissions through high-speed turbomachinari. The company’s patent technologies are being applied for the development of the patent technology-flameless combustion, airfelle bears and owned-free microtorbines and hydrogen-powered fuel cells. EU-overseas projects, such as fit 4 micro and recovery, decentralized, are taking practical steps towards solving low-elaborate energy.
Naco Technologies (Latvia) -Naaco Technologies Green Hydrogen experts in high-performance nano-coating for the economy. The high-speed high-speed magnetic spottering (HMS) technology reduces the requirements of expensive platinum group metals in fuel cells and electrolyzers, improves efficiency while spending spending. Addressing a key barrier to hydrogen consuming, Naco is helping to enable clean power technology on scales. Their coatings are designed to meet the conditions for the next generation power systems.
Sia Agobotics (Netherlands) -Sia is converting greenhouse farming to its AI-driven, completely automatic plant-handling system. Instead of pushing the robot into a dense tree environment, the Sia re -imagined the process: plants are transferred to a central place to harvest, enable more efficient automation. This method enhances productivity and exploration while reducing labor demand. Already operate with a functional system, SAIA is in good position to modernize food production with Skellable, smart agtech.
