With the continued riots and anti -ice disorders in Los Angeles and across many major American cities, retired FBI agents say serious charges can come against those who repeat ruin.
“Federal authorities may describe violent actions during protests As “local terrorism” If there is evidence that individuals aim to intimidate the public or influence government decisions through force, “said Jason Back, a retired special agent from the FBI, told Fox News Digital.
“While federal law determines local terrorism, there is no specific criminal charge with this name,” Pak explained.
“Nothing outside the table,” said a spokesman for the Ministry of Justice at the Fox News Digital said at this stage.

“According to the directives of the Public Prosecutor, the Ministry of Justice will accuse these most serious crimes. In each of these cases, we carefully follow the evidence to search for the strongest judgments allowed by law against these local terrorists, and there is nothing outside the table.”
Pak added that the prosecutors “will usually use the current laws to provide fees such as deliberate burning, assault on federal officials, or destroy property or conspiracy.”
“More importantly, peaceful demonstrators who exercise the first amendment rights are not subject to violence or terrorist charges. The term is applied only when criminal acts cross ideologically.”
Back said that while there is no “specific crime called local terrorism” in American law, the government is still using this term to describe some dangerous acts.
“If a person commits a violent crime – such as acknowledging fires, attacking the police, or destroying government property – and they do this to intimidate people or pay a political belief, the FBI can treat it as local terrorism,” Pak explained.

John Yu, former Deputy Assistant Prosecutor and Law Professor at the University of California in Berkeley, has echoed a package and said that the Ministry of Justice (Doj) has many reasons for accusing persons with obstruction of federal and justice officers.
Back again emphasized that this does not apply to peaceful demonstrators, only “those who commit or plan violence with the political motivation.”
“While actual charges come from other criminal laws, the terrorist mark can lead to more serious investigations and stricter rulings,” said Back.

However, Pak said that “the violence associated with protest” by individuals with chaotic or anti -government beliefs is likely to be classified as local terrorism.
“Federal agencies such as the FBI and the Ministry of Internal Security violent in the scene are the local terrorist threat, especially when violence and political motives are organized, and it aims to enforce law or government institutions.”
“Anarchists plan before they appear. They use encrypted messaging applications such as Signal and TeleGram to coordinate everything: where they meet, and who brings what. They discuss how to integrate, where to see the police, and how to respond when the law applying the back pushes,” Pak continued.
Back said that the law enforcement is blaming these riots riots on a basic group of organized anarchists, who consist of about 60 people, who slipped into the crowds of protest.

“They did not come to March. They came to implement a plan they developed for years. Slogans are not the thing. They rely on the temple. And when they hit the streets, this appears,” said Back.
“Many arrive late, wearing black clothes. Soon they change the clothes after that to avoid getting to know it,” continued. “They know where the cameras are, how to create gaps in the police lines, and how to raise the crowd reactions that lead to violence.”
Back said that these specified species of instigators “on a mission to steal confidence by kidnapping peaceful protests.”

“When these groups behave, they do not start small. They target very clear places – bridges, courts, highways. They use deviations and speed, forcing the police to respond, then record this reaction. Their goal is to provoke. The video becomes fuel, and spreads quickly on social media to draw more people, Pack. ”
A package also referred to these tactics operating in 2020, George Floyd And anti -riots, This is why they use them again now, as he said, but they are now more sophisticated.

“Their motives are radical, and their effect grows.”

“President Trump will always support and defend brave law enforcement officers who are being attacked by violent left -wing rioters. Those who target law enforcement officials will be held accountable for law,” said Abyel Jackson, a spokesperson for Fox News Digital.
With the appearance of Fox News last week, Cotton argued that it was not the deployment of federal resources or the “provocative” deportation efforts, but rather the behavior of the demonstrators.
