summary
- Futian Investment Holding has released its first RWA bonds
- Ethereum bonds will enable investors to purchase the company’s debts
- China has a complex relationship with digital assets
The assets in the real world come to China in a big way. On Monday, September 1, the future investment contract for state -owned Chinese institutions Declare Issuing the first general offer of RWA from a digital bond.
The deal, dated on August 29, witnessed that the company will be issued in the Hong Kong marine bonds, at a value of 500 million yuan. The bonds, issued on ETHEREUM (ETH) Blockchain, has a two -year expiration date and a rate of 2.62 % interest.
According to the company, this step was a response to an increasing direction in the adoption of Tokeenization and Rwa Technology. Part of the motivation was to show that the company was taking an ascetic approach to new technologies.
The company wrote: “This step does not help the company to expand global financing channels only and improve its capital structure, but also increases the distributions of Hong Kong policy distributions completely, which leads to pumping the momentum of state -owned institutions in high -quality development to boycott Fotan.”
It is important to note that the RWA is a traditional financial tool now available on Blockchain. In this sense, China’s embrace of digital assets does not constitute a wider scale.
China’s complex relationship with encryption
China has a complex relationship with encryption. In 2021, China carried out a complete ban on all encryption and mining transactions. The main reason for the ban was its effects on energy demand, as well as fears that encryption may destabilize the financial system.
However, the country continues to allow specific use cases of digital assets and Blockchain technology. Recently, China, like many other countries, is concerned about the increasing popularity of Stablecoins. It is worth noting that the cdecooins in dollars is currently dominating the market, which may have negative effects on other currencies.
