The Palestinian Oscar winner attacked Israel’s immigrants, activists who were witnesses say, before he detained the Israeli army.

Ballal Hamdan, who did not focus any other land, had a house in the Israeli west coast surrounded immigrants during the attack on Monday, activists said.
