The agency said that a reserve police officer in the state of Mini arrested him ICE because of an illegal fire -weapon attempt to leave the country.

Ice officials are now investigating how he was appointed by the local police agency, and if he has obtained a weapon issued by the department.
“This issue raises dangerous concerns,” said Patricia Hyde, director of the field office in Iro Boston. “We will continue to work to ensure that individuals who violate immigration laws and pose potential threats to public safety accountants.”

Police chief Elise Shard says that they were told by Federal officials that Evans had been lawful to work in the country and that the appropriate documents were submitted through the electronic analysis program of the Ministry of Internal Security.
“The city repeats its continuous commitment to meeting all federal and state laws related to employment,” Shard said in a statement. “We will continue to rely on the I-9 eligibility verification model and the E-Verify Data Rule to confirm the eligibility of employment.”
