Established in 2024 by Borja Soul and Mark Sanchez, Murphy is an AI-driven Debt-Down Servicing Platform that replaces the traditional-made call-centers operations with completely autonomous agents. Operating over 100 languages and multiple channels enables traders to make faster, speedy recovery when improving the experience of Murphy customers and reducing costs.
Marfi’s team brings skills together from Fintech, AI Engineering and B2B Sass.
Their goal is to make the recovery process with the minimum human intervention to flow and automatically. With the benefit of a personalized communication method, Murphy has been reported to have achieved 40% higher recovery than the traditional system. The platform also provides a decrease of 75% during the time spent on the collection, providing users’ dashboards prominent performance insights that track the recovery rate and timeframe.
Murphy explains that the Debt Servicing Histor has become a slow, fragmented and extremely analog industry, depending on the expensive call center and the generic bugging method, which leaves a large amount of recoverable Debt in writing or off.
