According to the rules of the model, applicants must register the portal in the National Wood Management System (NTMS). This involves the presentation of basic planting data on the land ownership, the location of the farm, species and planting period.
Applicants can regularly update planting information and planting photos to ensure traceability. Applicants who want to collect trees from registered plants can also apply online through NTMS, offering specific details of the trees designed to fall.
In addition, the verification of agencies will carry out sites and based on verification reports, the fall of the tree will be sent for agricultural territories. Forest official distributors will oversee the performance of these agencies through periodic supervision and monitoring.
