Boston – The Federal Judge wants to know why Lebanon’s doctor with the US visa was deported, after he ordered that he should not be removed until he hears her case.

Dr. Rasha Alawieh, 34, received a visa on 11. Martha and Thursday arrived at Boston Logan International Airport, according to the appeal in her family name in the Federal Court.

Alawich, who previously worked and lived on Rhode Iceland, was arrested at least 36 hours, until Friday and should be returned to Lebanon, the appeal said. Alawieh, a kidney transplant specialist, was to start work on Brown University as an assistant medicine.

The US District Judge Leo Sorokin was ordered on Friday that the personally hearing was scheduled on Monday, and Alawich was brought to court.

“Whether she is in custody of the United States, the Court envisions the procedure with this hearing,” he wrote.

But until Saturday, the cousin filed a request that the customs officers “intentionally” did not listen to the order by sending Alawiech back to Lebanon.

Sorokin gave the government by Monday morning to answer before starting a scheduled 10 hours of hearing. The government’s response was not publicly available.

Alawich worked in Brown before issuing his H1B visa, he was a complaint. He said he had scholarships and residences to three universities in the United States.

The Brown spokesman said that Alawieh is an employee of brown medicine with a clinical meeting in Brown.

Brown medicine is not a non-profit medical practice that is their own organization and directly serves its own patients. They are associated with Brown University Medical School.
