The city of North Carolina has agreed to a procedure that announces the “fourth amendment place” and promoting protection for illegal immigrant workers targeting it by the United States for Immigration and Customs (ICE).

Durham City Council issued the decision on Tuesday a unanimous vote to protect the city’s workers against the raids and arrests by Federal officials Duke of Cronic.

The fourth amendment protects citizens from unreasonable searches and arrests, and requires orders that there is a possible cause of a crime before seizing a person or property.

“Cronic” newspaper stated that the decision guides the city’s employees to “adhere to the fourth amendment in their workplace and city agencies and submit a report to the council any barriers to effective training on the fourth amendment of any departments.”

The decision stated that the city is “historical historical for shares and safety for all population,” adding that the presence of population confidence is necessary to carry out its operations.

This measure confirms that the threat of “unconstitutional Nubia” preventing migrants in the city from “engaging in public life, including the follow -up of employment and education.”

The decision comes after the emergence of four ICE customers who wear clear clothes without warning in the Durham Provincial Court in July to detain illegal immigrants who face a felony charge of domestic violence, although the man did not reach his appearance in the scheduled court and was not arrested.

Mayor Liu Williams said in a statement after the accident: “Our residents witnessed automatic agents in our society, instill broad fear and uncertainty,” Mayor Liu Williams said in a statement after the accident. “While local leaders cannot bypass the use of the federal government and its weapons from ice, we can stand in strategic solidarity with our neighbors.”

The population also organized a demonstration on the day of the accident to protest the ice raids and arrests.

At the meeting of the Council for this decision, many immigrants and their families spoke in favor of its passage, expressing their concern in their daily lives, according to The Chronicle. It also prompted the other residents to protect additional immigrants and training for the city’s employees to impose the new procedure.

Durham celebrates a rich diversity of the population, and we understand that the Trump administration’s collective deportation targets a completely made panic surrounding immigrants, and puts anyone who does not appear white, or anyone who does not speak English or has a tone, or anyone regardless of workers, horror, man, horror, man, man, man, man, man, man, and man.

Durham joins Carburu, who became the first city in North Carolina to adopt a fourth decision at the workplace in May.

In February, ICE 11 people in Durham were arrested in the United States illegally, according to federal officials. Some Durham residents reported that they were concerned about the safety of their family members after the arrest.

The federal government accused Durham in April of being a “haven” society called because of its failure to cooperate with immigration officials.

Local officials have since said that the “Sanctury” sign does not contain a legal or realistic basis, “according to The Chronicle.

Last year, the General Assembly of North Carolina has overcome the ruler of Democrats, Josh Stein, to veto a draft law that imposes the police mayor to cooperate with federal immigration efforts.

“Cronic” newspaper reported that Mayor Pro Timpur Mark Anthony Middleton said in a forum for candidates earlier this week that he would not support cooperation between Durham and Ice police.
