Cooking is better when it is done in cast iron.

Just ask “Cowboy” Kent Rollins, New Mexico Chuckwagon Cook has turned into YouTube star and author of the cooking book that has become the US guardian in the modern era of the old school skillets.

Rollins recently unveiled his preference for cooking with cast iron in an interview with Fox News Digital before the upcoming new TV series, “Cast Iron Cowboy”. (See the video at the top of this article.)
