The NineID was established in 2021, realizing the time the party lost to the administration of the outside workers. According to the agency, site managers often need to manually test whether the contractors have the right documents before allowing the site, which is quickly connected.

On average, technical profiles must submit about eight different documents, including ID, protection certificate and social security details. Companies themselves have to meet several consent values such as ISO credentials, insurance and security records. It takes about five minutes to process, check and save each of these documents.
