Brentford has been appointed Keith Andrews after Thomas Frank’s exit.
The bees is looking for a new Boss after Frank’s Tottenham Hotspur.
Andrews has agreed to three-year agreement as a set of coaches in the last summer club.
The 44-year-old Young Sheffield United, Mk Dons and Ireland Republican has a coach experience, but his first job is to head as a coach.
“I appreciate the owner, the Board and the workers who support this decision,” said Andrews. “It’s an option that I am very capable and I’m ready to do it.
“I don’t know where it was exciting to be exciting, because there are so many potential for the potential of the football club, the potential of players’ potential to this great football club.
“We want to play football to play, we want to be competitive, we want to be a rim, in dynamic football, we want to constantly play, but we want to organize.
“I think we want to be giant moments, giant games and we want to be the big attitude and progression. We really need to keep that, and that’s every day.”
