Lundström says it also multiplies the welfare of employees, which includes increasing support for mental health and the annual “Wellness Week” at the company level. An idea was born from Burnout Zoom Burnout in the era of the epidemic, when the company closes all offices for the first week in November, and it sends 7,500 employees to the home at the same time.
“People love it because, when you are on vacation, you return to a full inbox and a long tasks list,” she says. “But here, everyone at the same time.”
