Welcome to the new week and tomorrow’s return football. Mikel Arteta will hold his Pre-Fulham press conference this morning, and I will imagine one of the main lines to question it as a new sports director of the club of Andrea Berta Club.
It has long been common knowledge, but it was officially reported yesterday. Italian Arsenal told the official website:

I think you can look at two ways. One should distinguish between the manager’s manager in some way. The other is a way to look much more, because if we want success and trophies, these two men must be able to work well.
It does not mean that sports director must go with what he says or wants. Decisions and preferences can be rigorously discussed, but ultimately need to be positive cooperation to function properly. Arteta knows what this summer needs from the transfer fair, and this reason has a great weight, but after working for a decade for Diego Simeone, it will not be afraid to take his ideas to the table. We look forward to the dynamics because it takes the best of both, even if the team was a good shape.
