Hot sauce revokes a map as a warning issued in 10 states star-news.press/wp

TW Garner Food Company announced that the company recalls the part of its Texas Pete® Habanero Buffalo Sauce and Texas Pete® Sweet Chabanero SOS on Thursday.

Why is it important

This year, numerous revokes were launched due to potentially damaged products, food diseases, unclaimed allergens foods or potential bacteria.

Millions of Americans experience the sensitivity of food or food allergies each year. According to American administration and drug (FDA), nine “main” food allergens in the United States are eggs, milk, fish, wheat, soy, shell crabs, sesame, wooden nuts and peanuts.

What to know

Texas Pete® Habanero Buffalo sauce recalls due to sauce that can contain sauce from Srirach. In the FDA alert, Sriracha sauce contains sulphite as a preservative, which is not listed on Texas Pete Habanero Buffalo SOS sticker.

People who consume a revoked product that have sensitivity or allergy to sulfite can experience seriously on life threatening reactions, warns of FDA.

The agency says that Texas Pete® Sweet Chabanero SOS is reminiscent due to a label that does not reveal that the product contains red pepper habanero, salt and vinegar.

The products are distributed from 5. to 26. March 2025. in sales in retail programs and centers in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Jersey, Ohio, Virginia and Vermont.

No reported diseases on Thursday, says FDA.

Customers who bought recalled hot sauces are persuaded to return them to the place of purchase for a refund or kick them out.
