5 tips for staying enthusiastic star-news.press/wp

Last week of the summer shape here !! Whether you have completed all the challenge to this week or half, it is time to go back, motivate, and finish strength. This grand prize is waiting for you;)

5 tips to help you stay on the right track during the last week:

1. Set a goal for the last week

Whether it strikes a new personal record in the exercise chain or adhere to the hot meal plan without any money, determining a specific goal for the past week will give you something to work on it. Write it and mention yourself daily to stay concentrated.

2. Do not compare yourself to others

Fitness for everyone is unique, so avoid comparing your progress. Focus on your own achievements and to what extent you have reached since the beginning of SSU.

3. Stay positive

The talk about the positive soul can be a long way to keep you excited. Remember yourself with all the hard work you have done so far and the progress you made. Encourage yourself with assertions and believe in your ability to end the strong challenge.

4. Configure on your accounting group

Your accounting set is present to support you, so don’t be afraid to communicate with them to motivate if you feel you are drifting away from your goals. Share your struggles, achievements and goals with your LSF children, and let them raise you. Knowing that you are not alone on this trip is an incredibly empowerment.

5. Celebrate your role model

Take time to celebrate the distance you have reached on your fitness trip. Acknowledge all the hard work and dedication that I put them in the past weeks. Treat yourself to something special as a reward for your commitment to yourself and to get SSU!

This last week of SSU is your chance to finish a strong and show what you can. Keep excited, stay positive, and don’t give up. I reached week 6 and this is incredible!
