Sunderland has finished the signature of the Granit Xhaka midfielder of Bayer Leverkusen £ 17.3 million (20 million euros).

“It’s what I wanted, and I have a very good feeling. We need to go back to where this club should be and we want to be here to write our history.
“I feel I’m ready to help the team with my experience, but also with quality.
“We need to find it on the field, but I don’t think it will be a big problem. It’s been a long wait, but I’m here, and I hope.”
Sunderland has started the Premier League campaign in the league campaign against West Ham on 16 August in Stadium.
Xhaka could make his premiere for the club, against real Betes on Saturday.
