Who is Kilmar ábrego García, and why his case became a stunning penis to suppress Trump’s immigration? | Kilmar ábrego García star-news.press/wp

The Trump administration said it is planning to deport the ábrego García to Uganda, months after it was sent by mistake to El Salvador, if it becomes a flash point in the broader president’s campaign.

In a file, ABREGO’s lawyers asked the courts to reject the case against him on the basis that it was a retaliatory attempt to punish him for challenging his initial deportation to El Salvador.

It adds an attempt to deport Garcia to the distant Uganda-a country that does not have a known link-a new touch to the epic that becomes a shocking penis to suppress Trump’s harsh immigration, which witnessed to praise the supporters of the right without even hearing, in the absence of laws of our laws, but they call on legal scholars to what they say.

What is Kilmar Abigo Garcia?

Kilmar Ango Garcia, 30, grew up in El Salvador and fled at the age of 16 because a local gang brought his family and his family intimidated. He traveled to Maryland, where his brother lives as an American citizen, but he was not authorized to stay.

Arbrego found a construction work and met his future wife, Jennifer Vasquiz Syria. In 2018, he moved with her and her two children after holding his child.

In March 2019, ábrego went to a home warehouse seeking to work as a worker when the local police detained him, the state of court records.

The records say that one of the criminal experts told the police that ABREGO was a member of MS-13, an international criminal gang, but the police did not care about him and his heart to enforce American migration and customs (ICE).

ABREGO, through his lawyer, has denied, i.e. belonging to MS-13. It has no criminal record in the United States or El Salvador.

The immigration judge in the United States denied asking for the asylum of Labrgo because more than a year has passed since his arrival, but the judge granted him the protection from deportation to El Salvador, and he decided that he was “good fear” of the persecution of the gangs there, according to the presence of court records.

Abrego was released and placed under a federal supervision. His lawyers said he had received a federal work permit and entered with ICE every year.

Why became internationally famous?

In February, the Trump MS-13 administration was determined as a foreign terrorist organization. In March, she deported Abeerigo Garcia to a prison in El Salvador, which violated the American immigration judge’s order for the year 2019.

Ábrego later claimed in the court documents that he had been beaten and tortured psychologically in El Salvador prison. The president of the country, Nayeb, denied these allegations.

The Trump administration later admitted that it had accidentally sent it to the famous Al-Salvador prison in the prison, but Donald Trump and other officials multiplied the allegations that ábrego was in MS-13.

The US Supreme Court later ordered the Trump administration to “facilitate” ABREGO’s return. He was repeated in June, then he was quickly arrested and charged with trafficking in immigrants who are not documented.

This condition stems from the 2022 traffic stop for speed, during which ábrego was driving with nine passengers. Tennessee police suspected a person’s smuggling, but allowed him to drive and did not care about him.

Ábrego acknowledged that he was not guilty and his lawyers submitted a request to reject the case based on “the prosecution of revenge and selectivity.”

At that point he did not see his family for more than 160 days.

Why is he threatened with deportation to Uganda?

An American judge spent in June that “Abrajo” had the right to release him from prison while waiting, but he stayed in Tennessee’s prison at the request of his lawyer for approximately 11 weeks on fears that ICE will immediately try to deport him.

Thomas Giles, ICE Assistant Assistant in July, witnessed that ABREGO will be detained as soon as he was released.

In response to the concerns that will be deported, ABREGO will be deported without due legal procedures, and the American boycott judge is prevented from detention immediately when he was released in Tennessee.

Shortly after this, ábrego lawyer asked a federal judge in Tennessee to release him.

He was released on Friday and his brother was asked in Maryland and is subject to electronic monitoring and home detention. In a statement on Friday, he said he saw his family for the first time in more than five months.

Before he was released, government officials presented him with a presentation: they remain in detention, and they have been guilty of guilt on the charges of human smuggling and were deported to Costa Rica, his lawyers said in a file. He rejected the offer.

After ábrego left the prison, Ice told his lawyer that he would be deported to Uganda and must submit a report to the immigration authorities on Monday.

Later on Friday, the government told that ABREGO had even the first thing on Monday to accept an appeal in exchange for deportation to Costa Rica – where he is said to be treated every refugee and not a prison – or that this offer will be outside the table.

The Minister of Internal Security, Christie sleep, said that the administration will not stop fighting until he left the United States.
