A person is dead and there are three missing 18 meters ship, Jacksonville, Florida in the afternoon.
The department of Jacksonville Fire Rescue replied to a vessel in a ship with multiple people in the water, around 20:00, the captain Eric Prosswimmer told NBC News. Four people were on the boat, when there were four more, according to the U.S. coast guard, he also responded to the incident.
On top of the vessel they rescued the water, the coast guard said.
“Coast Guard Station Mayport’s surface swimmer has tried to contact people under the boat, but it has not received an answer,” said the coastal guards in the newsnars. “Jacksonville Sheriff’s office diver searched under the ship but didn’t find anyone.”
The search for the other four people through boats, searched and immersed teams, followed by helicopters and drones. Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and Florida fish and wildlife conservation committees also helped.
“There was one missing four, and unfortunately was dead,” Prosswimmer said. Officials did not identify the victim.
Among the night, the search for adults and two minors continued throughout the night, according to officials. The search started on Saturday morning.
The cause of the ship capsule is investigating, the coastal guard said.
